Are There Any Additional Costs?
No additional costs for Google Street View imagery uploaded & connected to your Google Business Profile.
For Real Estate Virtual Tours, the tour has to be "hosted" somewhere. What that means is; because phones & computers don't natively have the capability to view 360 images & video with full 360 functionality...
It has to be uploaded somewhere that does have that capability, and will host it to be viewed. Google Street View does that for us when we're uploading photo spheres in & around your business.
For
real estate listings, different software is used to not only create these tours, but host them, as well as integrate directly with websites like Zillow, realtor.com, and so on. There's about a half-dozen popular virtual tour software such as
Matterport, which also generates a
3D "Dollhouse" type of model. Each of the software types have different pricing models & monthly hosting costs.
All this to finally explain that, for Realtors, there are two options. You can either have us take care of everything and invoice you for it, or you (Realtor/Agency) can pay for your software(s) of choice, and simply grant us access to use it.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
We do not provide returns or refunds for services already delivered. Our work is tailored and completed with care, so once a project is finished, we consider it final.
It's never happened to us, but in the rare event that we (for whatever reason) can't execute the agreed-upon task for virtual tours or 360 images, then yes, absolutely a full refund would be in order.
Are there contracts or retainers required?
We do not require contracts or retainers. You’re free to stop any ongoing services at any time without being locked into payments via contract.
For Google Business Profile 360 photography services, we require payment before we create the constellation & upload it to Google Maps Street View.
The same would apply for a one-time virtual tour of a real estate listing, although we're happy to partner up with realtors for monthly-billed ongoing services as well.
Is payment flexible?
Somewhat... let's explain. Our 360 pic & virtual tour services aren't very expensive. Our prices are set based on the size of the space & number of pics required. Any flexibility in that pricing would primarily be for realtors or agencies that use our services frequently.
